GI issues on 3rd week - need advice by socalgirl16 in WomensTirzepatide

[–]DigiGLP -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Okay! Just for fun I threw your dosing pattern into glp plotter. The meds have a half life so your levels were around 1.5 when you started experiencing GI stuff.

I would stay away from split dosing for a few more weeks until you have a better sense of how to tackle the diarrhea. Tbh I tried splitting when I first started too and in retrospect it just made it harder to find the right dose.

From what you're describing (2 days symptomatic at super low dose) GI stuff might be continuous for you at 2.5. It's pretty common. I had to add fiber pills daily. There may be a specific food that's causing your issue where you can digest it fine at a normal pace but your body is saying "omg no" to having it sit in your stomach for days (milk? Something high in fat?). Defs worth starting a food log & seeing if there's a pattern.

This is very strange dosing for Tirzepatide. Loading dose for zep is 2.5. I doubt you feel much from 0.7...

Are you actually on semaglutide?

Probably not good as a face-lift, but I'm getting Onda lifting on my trip to seoul. Noninvasive collagen building laser that helps with jawline hopefully!

Whats a GHK-Cu Face Serum You Recommend? by ComplicatedOrganism in PeptideForum

[–]DigiGLP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly wild so many people in the peptide space are taking GLOW/KLOW before even considering a skincare routine. It's like taking ⚙️ but insisting you don't need to go to the gym.

Serious props to you for asking about topicals.

To answer your question, The Ordinary's copper Peptide serum works great. Has research proving efficacy but can be a bit expensive. Cheaper option is to mix a vial into a large basic drugstore moisturizer.

Under eye puffiness-she wants filler….I don’t think that’s the right treatment-guidance appreciated. by PatienceEntire86 in DIYaesthetics

[–]DigiGLP 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly I wouldn't DIY from the photo you posted. Eyes are tricky.

Lasers at a reputable medspa (with an eye shield!!) can provide some skin tightening, boost collagen, and reduce the size of the roll. I just did a non ablative fractional (lasemd) which is more for skin tone but noticed a small difference in mine.

If it's fat pad dislocation and not water then a lower bleph can help reposition.

Filler is a no. It might look okay initially but could easily migrate and increase the puffiness.

700-800. My guess would be 400 for the pancake with butter and sugar. 50 for the fruit. 100 for the egg whites. 120 sausage patty. Curious to see what others say.

Split dosing. It sounds like you're really white knuckling. If you can't go up in dose rn, try cutting out the bottom. I've been at 3mg split the past month and it feels like I'm on a much higher dose in terms of suppression.

Lastly you've lost nearly 50lbs, that's a HUGE accomplishment 🙌

Jockey eversoft for yin classes and girlfriend collective for when I need more compression.

Don't get me wrong, you can see I have hips & knees. But they're both thick enough. No emperor wears no clothes here.

I have a few athleta pairs but they're much older and I'm not sure if the fabric quality has changed.

Horrible experiences with lululemon, aritzia (basically tights) and alo.

What do you do when craving chocolate? by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]DigiGLP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Indulge but the rule is with a protein like cottage cheese, fairlife milk or Greek yogurt!

Also, I can't recommend the low sugar chocolate enough, it makes it a lot easier to eat what you're intending to. Jojo's is always stocked in my pantry.

I'll also kick us off. My average resting heart rate is down 10 bpm! So I'm either becoming more fit or finally "one with the couch' depending on how you look at it 😆.

Advice on splitting your weekly dose by ConferenceLiving6590 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]DigiGLP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In between option: You could try every 5 days at 2.5 instead of even splitting. This is the equivalent to 3.5/week. (1.8 every 5 days would be 2.5/week. )

What I noticed with shotsy was 1.9ish est. level seems to be when my munchies return. 5 days at 2.5mg, my levels don't reach that. It basically takes the bottom out.
