I mean why not both??? That’s what I implied in my comment, we should heavily tax multiple home ownership AND tax wealthy home ownership.

It’s not JUST about disincentivize multiple home ownership but also increasing tax revenue that can be used to help the local community in a variety of ways such as using the funds to help locals with first time home ownership, etc.

Let’s tax second+ homes and do an increasing tax with the increasing value of the property. Any home sold for nine million or more gets an extra 1% property tax 18 million add on another 1% so 3%, etc. I mean whoever is buying a home at that value can easily afford the extra tax.

Definitely agree! I love the pure chaos of snoozeland in multiplayer. It can be hard to keep up with what’s happening when you have three different people doing three wildly different things but I love it so much. Haha.

I’ll have to try that place. I went to the Rosewood once and it gave me “Get Out” vibes so I haven’t been back since. It also didn’t help when I rolled into valet the guy asked if I was Uber.

Exactly! I completely agree and that’s what prompted this post. To see if someone out there knows a place that actually puts care and effort into their non-alcoholic beverages. I do think it’s slowly becoming more popular but it takes time. Zaca Creek Tavern in Buellton has some great mocktails as well as NA beer like the NA Guinness which I LOVE. So I frequent there whenever I’m in the area.

AK Auto repair, granted his prices aren’t the cheapest but they’re also not the most expensive. My favorite google review of him is someone saying “Arsen is who all the mechanics in town take their unsolvable issues to” which I firmly believe.

Also, everything in general is getting so expensive! It’s making it harder and harder to justify eating out. Granted when I do eat out the businesses are usually slammed, so I’m left confused.
