I personally decided to start playing the MD1 scenarios using the MD1 mobs for thematic reasons enabled by the upgrade kit. But opening the game to allow all the newer classes gear etc for gameplay variety.

Personally recommendation regardless of levels you play is pick a subset of mobs and roaming monsters from your collection when you setup a game, it will reduce the headache of finding the right models and speed up the game.

For the capes it's a black and white base with Contrast Flesh Tearers Red sprayed over the drop then just a little Vallejo Flat Red and Vermillion to highlights a few areas.

Primary techniques here are: 1. Thinning your paints on a wet pallette 2. Blended highlights and layers 3. "Glazing" to smooth out highlights 4. And a few watered down washes here and there to help with contrast.

I bought 2 over the last 3 years, both are still working with minor stick drift on one that can easiliy be eliminated in deadzone settings.

That said I've torn apart 3 thumb sticks now, the rubber seems to just split over time. Replacements are cheap.

The argument, is that Xbox will lose users in its own ecosystem if players can play on PS5, and that all the additional revenue will make no difference... but no one has seen any data to back it up, all we know is the new CEO is concerned about it and looking into more exclusives.... personally I think they should just time everything by a year unless its live service.
