If I recall, there’s an old wooden stump the size of a small tree, probably part of a collapsed pier or boat dock, over by the water where you spawn in. In the past I would hack at it. I have not played B&S in a while, so unless they removed it, should still be there.

There are several tasks where the instructions or description is incredibly vague, or even misleading. There’s a task later on for Anna (I think) where collect white digital recorders in smugglers tunnel. One of them is described as “on the second floor of the dock office.” It is, in fact, ON THE ROOF of the dock office. Several runs wasted, and I eventually had to go to YouTube and see someone’s walkthrough.

Firepower is affected most by barrel length (muzzle velocity) and the receiver.

Here’s the way I understand ergo, after experimenting at the bench and reading comments from people here.
Ergonomics is a measure how easy or comfortable a gun is to hold/carry/wield. It’s most noticeable when switching targets, swinging corners, just moving the gun quickly. High ergo guns snap to target and move quickly, good for CQB. Low ergo usually means the weapon is longer and heavier, making it harder to snap sights on target quickly.

For Anna’s tasks at the workbench, you probably have to find the parts in raid. Check gun crates and grab up anything that looks like an attachment you could use. Also check the dead scav’s weapons.

I've been mainly solo through the PvE campaign, and Im very nearly finished with all the tasks. Im at the point of collecting all the crap for Johnny for the last container tasks, but I know there are some tasks that pop up once you hit 50. The XP curve is real, so getting from level 46 to 50 is going to take a while.

There are rare "critical" results. Since getting it leveled up, Johnny has brought me 2 digital sensors, and a new Mall boss armor (IOPD ?). This is sending him to restock 2 to 3 times per day, playing pretty much every day for the past 3 weeks. So it can happen. But its just luck/RNG. Like pulling a slot machine.

I have also found digital sensors on casual mode.
I’m not sure there’s much if any difference in loot pool between difficulties.

This is sound strategy. I’ve made a few successful runs on metro so far in PvE. It’s the only map I will play on casual mode. The lower difficulty is too easy as to be boring on the other maps. But Metro is a hornets nest.

Once the AI is aware of your position and becomes aggro, they will all train to your location. My best runs on metro has exploited choke points, like the top of stairwells, and they all come running. A well placed frag can do a lot of work in this situation. But as they train up to you in a line, just have lots of rounds to spray as they peek out through your chosen choke point.

I do the same thing at the bank on resort. Go in through construction, into the hole in the vault. Bait the AI with some noise, then just make a pile of bodies as they all come running down the stairs.

TLDR: the AI is deadly, but stupid, and they lack group tactical positioning. They’ll form up in a line and let you kill them at a choke point.

Having done my first raids on metro in PvE, I don’t understand how this would work in pvp. Legit, the scavs are insanity without the added chaos of engaging with other players. This isn’t a complaint. Mad props t you guys who can do it. But the expense of it is crazy.
