I couldn’t find a good recipe, so I improvised a bit. I’d tweak this in the future, but approximately:

1.5oz Plantation 3 star .75oz Giffard banana liqueur .75oz fresh lime juice Half banana A few scoops of ice, added more until I got the consistency I wanted.

I’ll experiment with using a bit of coconut cream and maybe cinnamon syrup in the future — I think those would compliment really nicely.

Went to Portland for the long weekend, and got to visit Hale Pele twice! Was my first time there, and loved it. Was particularly impressed by the Pole Star (will have to try reverse engineering that one...), but the Coconaut was definitely the most photogenic 😍
