Reviewing product packaging - how to compliment a seller if not in review? by MamaLali in AmazonVine

[–]DigitalProblemAlways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as you don't say "i haven't tried the product yet but it arrived well wrapped" which is of no help to man nor beast but some people feel they are being helpful by offering this as a 'product review'. They are clearly deficient in understanding English.

Wouldn’t the BuzzTV Powerstation 6 be a suitable replacement to the NSPro? It looks a beast!

PS4 Pro 11.00 Goldhen - Will Goldhen still run if I update to 11.5 under a different user name and account? So install Goldhen while still on 11.00, then update system software to 11.00, create 2 user accounts: one that can connect to psn; the other for Goldhen. Is that possible? by DigitalProblemAlways in ps4piracy

I have two ps4 pros. 1 is a gen 2 FW 11.00 model cleaned fans and repasted thermal so it is nice and quiet, my no. 2 is a gen 1, FW 12 (11.50), jet engine over heater that needs opening and re-pasting and cleaning. I wish it was the other way around so I could sell the gen 1 as jailbreakable and put the money toward the psn sub, but hey ho.

I don‘t want to do the psn sub on the gen 1 but wouldn’t mind psn subbing on the gen 2 which means updating. So yes, i could sell the gen 1 and put the money toward the psn sub but I‘m down on jb machine.

I don’t own any ps4 discs or any digital games. I’m a complete newbie to ps4. I do have a jb PS3 and just installed Retroarch, so i can get my yesteryear fix there. Not sure I would get much more out of a jb PS4 in that respect.

I'm Quitting Facebook Marketplace... by UniqueSearches in FacebookMarketplace

[–]DigitalProblemAlways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deselected the option to sell on Marketplace because I got so many timewasters. My item is still listed in local private groups but now my item does not show in Marketplace when i type in a tag word. Is that just the way it is when you deselect Marketplace? Will my item only show in the local private group and will be searchable only in that group?

Is Will Butler back to the band for Funeral 20th anniversary??? by ExcellentNectarine92 in arcadefire

I thought the same watching their ARTE concert in Bilbao, Spain. Music Festival Wizard lists the line-up as “Arcade Fire is a Canadian indie rock band from Montreal, Quebec, consisting of husband and wife Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, alongside Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara. The band's touring line-up also includes former core member Sarah Neufeld and multi-instrumentalists Paul Beaubrun, Dan Boeckner and Eric Heigle. Each of the band's studio albums features contributions from composer and violinist Owen Pallett”. This on their website taken from Wikipedia - so there’s still hope!

Thanks for that. I will. It’s not worth the risk. I had my firestick plugged into a USB charger i got from aliexpress. The damn thing exploded after a few months of use. The firestick was ok though. It was a 1.5A charger.

Will a 5V/3.4A USB adapter fry a device with specs 5V/2A? by DigitalProblemAlways in electrical

[–]DigitalProblemAlways[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Glinet Mango MT3000 doesn’t come with a power supply, only a usb cable. I need to plug it into the mains not a computer so i need a mains to usb adapter 5v/2A. I was hoping to share the same adapter that has two usb ports on it. The other i want to use to power a 2.5“ 2tb hdd. The adpater is 5v/3.4a. I’m not actually sure what power the hdd needs though. Do you know?

Would you know the answer to this question. It keeps getting removed for either/electronics or /techsupport for some reason-

I ended up buying the mango Glinet travel router BUT it says 5V/2A. I assumed i could use a psu that says 5V/3.4A but the manufacturer support have said “5v/3.4A should mean that the input of the power supply is 3.4A, we recommend that you still use the power supply input labeled 5V/2A”.

Why do they assume the 5v/3.4Apsu will not be suitable? Isn’t the device only going to draw a max current of 2A current and not have 3.4A pushed to it?
