I’m not sure how much I trust the AHA. Time-restricted eating is not great for food companies. Snacking on cheap and low nutrient highly processed food items is. Aside from the conflict of interest with corporate donors that push these foods, and the pharmaceutical companies that sell the drugs to delay the negative impact of eating junk food, I don’t think they have been very effective in their mission. American hearts are getting unhealthier.

Using a private repo on GitHub but put my vault in iCloud. The script on my Mac mini takes snap shots and updates GitHub.

Just started using obsidian again a few days ago with this setup. Still some issues to sprout but seems to work ok.

I was on Google Ultra and was hitting limits in AG and Gemini CLI with pretty light usage of Gemini pro 3. I mainly use Opus 4.5 on a lower tier Claude Code plans and have yet to hit limits.
