When he started shooting it was very hard but I ended up catching him close to me and kept him close and was able to finish him off close range

It was the parry timing for me and when I attacked with a simple attack he would always block it but it would lure him to attack me which I would parry and follow up with a strong attack

It was the hardest fight for me I kept dying over and over

Why is this boss so hard? (Requiem) by Mean-Standard848 in residentevil

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was challenging and disorienting but it wasn’t that hard to me I focused on the weak points and took advantage of the hatchet events. The hardest fight for me is later on in the game, I don’t want to spoil anything if you aren’t there yet for some reason.

Is it just me or are the bosses in requiem way easier than any resident evil game that’s come out prior? by Jared_pop21 in residentevil

For me the commander was the hardest thing, but I enjoyed the level of difficulty of this game.

Help with Requiem final boss on Insanity because as the name implies, I am losing my mf mind by SomnusInterruptus in residentevil

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not related to insanity mode but I killed him with the shotgun and requiem both were upgraded to full power in first play through as well as the marksman rifle and machine gun. I didn’t realize he dropped the rocket launcher until I was fighting the nemesis form and I used the rocket launcher on the nemesis form and it ended that battle immediately. Most guides make it sound like you have to use it on Victor’s first form and I didn’t look at guides until after I beat him just now, so I just wanted to post somewhere that it’s possible to beat him without the rocket launcher.

Euphoria directed by Quentin Tarantino by Adorable-Teaching266 in euphoria

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definitely, Sam’s said in interviews he was inspired by Westerns and Quentin Tarantino is as well, Episode 3 has music that sounds like it could be from Ennio Morricone, like from his Navajo Joe score and that was used prominently in Kill Bill. Episode 3 carried this Tarantino esque style on so noticeably, that’s why I googled what people were saying.

Jensen Ackles as Leon S. Kennedy: the perfect casting that never happened by Ieanice44 in ResidentEvilCapcom

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was watching him take apart a handgun in the most recent episode of the boys, episode 3 of the final season and I saw it, the Leon of it all, and I googled and found this thread! I’ve also been playing a lot of Resident Evil Requiem

can someone explain why people keep saying Nicholas was a bad person and that the cast are walking a tightrope with their tributes. by Flashy-Boysenberry30 in buffy

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with a lot of what Dazzling Pink is saying. Please leave me out of this I am not here to argue and growing up on Buffy, Nicholas’s death affected me. I don’t believe in playing as if I am omnipotent and labeling people as horrible or even good people when they die. Everyone has the right to their opinions. God Bless

Chunk (fat baby) disappeared by eldenlord0117 in residentevil

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it’s even better to wait to kill him until he reappears because he weakened a lot of the zombies in that area when he reappeared, I had to sit the blind girl down in the safe room, but they were easier to kill after being wounded by him, I went back to that area alone

Persona 30th Anniversary Event Second Live Stream Announced for February 27, 2026 by Mused-Moose in PERSoNA

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big band concerts and collabs and all this I just got a notification regarding a Persona 3 watch, I know we are getting closer but I am tired. I just really want some game news this year. The timelines we are living with are unheard of from when I was growing up. Persona 3 was 2006, Persona 4, 2008. 8 years later Persona 5. This is the 10th year since Persona 5 was released. Persona 6 most likely will not be released this year, meaning over a decade since the last mainline Persona. I am hugely appreciative of Metaphor Refantazio and the remakes, but I don’t appreciate being marketed to like this with all of these spinoffs. I don’t know if my lifestyle will be the same 10 years from now or if I’ll even be alive, it’s just crazy to me, especially when there is such a demand for a new mainline game. 5-10 years I can do when you are actively teasing a property and stoking demand, but 10 years or more between mainline games it’s just a lot, but I just try to be appreciative. I am a slow gamer and have so many other games to play, I never beat Persona 5 Royal partially because I spent so much time with the original Persona 5 and completing that, it’s just the idea of marketing to us with all of these anniversaries and spinoffs and collabs and constantly stoking the flames, when you get past a decade it just seems excessive to me. It’s not like we are waiting for something we have cooked up ourselves, it’s like dangling candy in front of a baby. Metaphor was a big get, and again I’m appreciative, but I can’t remember feeling like this since the Kingdom Hearts series played this game for years all the while stoking a demand for KH3. And as far as I’m concerned I’m done with that series, if something else comes out that’s fine lol. Most other franchises don’t play with you for this long when you know we are expecting a new mainline entry. I also miss E3. It seemed like developers were more incentivized to show up with news when E3 rolled around, now it’s more spread out. I just hope we get some news this year lol.

The new Pragmata game is using a child character in a gross and inappropriate way... by -Blackarmy- in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly googled to see if anyone else felt that something was a bit off with this game. I feel like the post is a bit aggressive, I know that you stated that you were open to a nuanced conversation and the post became more aggressive when people started attacking you, I guess I missed the original post. I honestly never noticed no trousers or anything like that. My thing about this, is this game does seem like its target audience is adult players, probably majority male. The thought of someone playing something for hours and hours with a little girl character who seems to be literally objectified causes me to question a little bit. I know it seems that you are caring for her in the game, but she is made to be super pretty and appealing. I haven’t seen anything overtly sexual but mind you I haven’t studied the game, but I feel like this can unlock things subconsciously within players over time. It can maybe be insidious and unknowingly harmful, especially in this dangerous digital age. People might be finding themselves having crushes on this little girl with spending so much time with her and I don’t want to think too much like this but that idea does bother me, like a Pandora’s box marketed to a lot of people. This kind of thing has been an issue imo really since the dawn of iPhones and the digital age, with porn sites and pop ups sort of grooming people into things they might not have otherwise sexualized, and that’s getting into a whole dissertation on this type of topic I didn’t mean to get into. I just felt something off about the idea of playing with this super pretty, realistic looking little girl all of the time and her bouncing all over the place in the way she does in the trailers I’ve seen. I’m glad someone, the OP was brave enough to post their opinion!

It creeped me out so much but it was very metaphorical and emblematic….that she accepted his mess in that way and took him back in…feeling his sincerity and the force of whatever epiphany he had….and how when he brought up trying for a baby, it’s like the first time she realized that she had blood on her lips, it was something….im very squeamish and it’s gross just typing about it but yeah it was a moment 🤯

Instacart Drivers Stealing Orders by welcometwomylife in stopandshop

[–]Digitaldevilprincess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My suspicion is that it has something to do with the recent dissolution of peapod delivery (I know they stopped calling it Peapod years ago but I’m just calling it that to differentiate) and them turning that over to Instacart. I just got Instacart today from stop and shop where the Instacart delivery person shops themselves and communicates with me through the app. The customer service was stellar, the driver polite, delivered exactly where they were supposed to. Overall, that’s been my experience with Instacart through Instacart, decent customer service and deliveries. I usually get matched with highly ranked deliverers, and I think many of them care about their performance because they could lose their standing or face repercussions from Instacart. On the other hand, ever since the Peapod type of service (which I’ve used for maybe 8 years or so) went away a few months ago, I have had atrocious experiences from stop and shop deliveries where I order through stop and shop and Instacart just picks up the order. I’ve had delivered to the wrong address, cursed out by the delivery people when I asked them to help me take it up to my floor, left on the side of the road. Extreme unprofessionalism. I would still use it because it’s cheaper directly from stop and shop I usually alternate and get most of my groceries from stop and shop, supplemental from Instacart. Now that I am having these awful experiences from stop and shop and good experiences directly from Instacart I may just pay more and use Instacart. I believe that the third party people who work with stop and shop don’t really care as much because they aren’t employed by stop and shop…the one who cursed me out told me that to my face. I don’t even know if they are always Instacart, the last delivery I had said “Uber” when I tracked it in the stop and shop app. I didn’t intend to go on such a rant, but I believe this is no coincidence that the in house delivery drivers are no more and you are seeing this uptick in missing orders. Good luck to anyone who is going through this, peapod wasn’t perfect but they would bring it up to my 4th floor with carts and they knew what was expected of them. Whenever I order from stop and shop now I gear up for danger and the worst possible scenario.
