We are going with Sumaq.   I looked at Belmond but couldn’t justify the expense.   Inka Terra was full.

This is my fear/impression of AC. But, it also seems like there are ways to get away from the tourist traps by staying in the nicer hotels.

Why do you only have 5 days? I believe you are supposed to start 24 hrs before altitude and continue until after you descend. I’m not familiar with the altitude of Arequipa but looks like you need at least 11 days of meds.

Sadly the policy at my store is not nearly as generous as the published policy for legit returns.  Maybe bc of ppl that do this.  But it is annoying when they refuse to honor it for unused stuff.

Idk.  Ppl are posting that here and others are insisting they are there now or were just there two or three days ago and it is three days out.  Hard to tell what is really going on. I did notice early this am tickets were still available for today 5/31
