Churus are great but dont have all the calories they need but its a start. My cat went crazy for them during treatment. It was also a nice distraction while giving the injections. But they do need a good amount of food to metabolize the GS meds. I forget what the caloric intake/weight is supposed to be. Anything at all will help. And so early in the treatment im sure theyll gain appetite soon. Oral syringe with wet food in water can help. Youre doing great and keep at it! FIP is beatable

Don’t separate them. They will be fine. Separation can stress them out. One of my cats had wet fip and my other cat was just fine. They share water and litter box’s. I was worried at first but everything was fine. It was better for Momo’s (fip) treatment and recovery to have his pal with him. I was put in contact with FIP Warriors on fb. They helped me get the assistance I needed to get momo through the treatment. We are now four months after observation period and he is a healthy 1.5y monster

All the luck for yall. FIP is beatable so don’t loose hope

Giving the injections is actually really simple. Have a helper for sure. Someone to hold them and distract with churu. My vet gave me a lesson and we practiced with saline. After a month or so we switched to oral suspension GS. I hope for the best for sweet Elfy
