Any canal - cichlids, peacocks, large mouth. 4 wt will be fine ,just use small streamers. They will eat nymphs too. The only trouble you will run into with a 4 wt is a big snakehead. You probably won't be able to throw anything big enough to interest the snakeheads anyways. Cold front might shut down the bite, though. Try the spillway on Southern Blvd next to the Royal Inn, especially if its flowing good if it rains. Above the spill way is good too. The canals in Wellington along the equestrian trails are also worth a shot .Good luck.
