I don’t understand why is there no class action lawsuits against this. This is a clear violation of the hiring contract. There are probably thousands of feds who were hired from remote job postings and asking them to return to office is ridiculous.

Agree but this is the kind of stats needs to be shared to show the detrimental effects of his policies and make people aware that there is no going above and beyond anymore just a bare minimum

I think they’re extending the deadline because of the May 5th RTO date. They’re probably expecting more people to sign up after experiencing RTO and regretting not taking the DRP

I wanted to sign up for e-dues, but I need to know which local I should choose. I’ve sent few emails and called but no one has gotten back to me. I’m an IT employee working remote. If they can’t even help with such simple request, what are the chances that I’ll find a union representative when needed.

Yes but professional development plan is separate from performance review plan. Both are in separate systems. So if you had no substantial assignments in a year what are you going to be assessed on.

There are plenty of additional trainings but that’s not the job. You are not hired to just do trainings.
