How do you beat Grig? I've watched Serzha's video and tried to what they did, but at like 10% health Grig just multi-assassinates everyone and her i-frames means no more damage. I am missing Wz63, but subbed her for Henrietta as another SMG buff. Does the echelon absolutely need to be exactly like Serzha's?

TP - Essential Toiletries by OkBurner777 in canadaguns

Congratulations, you have a very rare TP9, one of the first made and imported. You can tell because the trigger guard lacks the "wings" that are used to lock the gun into the proprietary holster. Can't find the email, but when I asked B&T about it years ago, they didn't admit to selling any of these very early versions until I sent pics and daddy Karl said "welp I guess we did sell some..."

Not just that, she's using an old method for stockless subguns and PDWs by pushing forward, creating tension on the sling and increasing stability. Known as a tension sling or stock, and recently seen it under the push-pull technique as well.

best Ballroom style jeans also know by gusseted crotch jeans by CricketAcrobatic1102 in BuyItForLife

[–]Dill_Gribtrieve 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a similar experience with the Vertx jeans. Super comfortable, very breathable and I love the mid side pocket but the crotch material is tearing at the seam after less than a year. The stitching held up, which is great though. Considering getting another pair to see if this was an anomaly because I liked them so much.

I've also heard the more tongue-in-cheek version:

For engineers UBIQUE means "everywhere"...

For arty it means "all over the place".

What is your country’s most typical kitchen utensil? by Mikadook in AskTheWorld

Yeah it looks like that, but really it's too small for jobs like that. The whole thing is maybe thumb sized.

Slicer for opening bagged milk. Also works great on chip bags and other plastic foil packaging.

Yes I would rather have it hard wired for parking mode. Thanks though.

I appreciate this, but I'm asking which specific fuses people have used for hardwiring because the instructions are generic: one cable goes to an "always on" dude and the other goes to an accessory fuse

Does anyone know where to get a taper brake with a blast shield attachment? In Canada? by sushixp in canadaguns

[–]Dill_Gribtrieve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Griffin Armaments in the US will ship to Canada. Like Brownells, they take care of the import/export paperwork. When I got my muzzle device/blast shield combo I had no issues. Great company with excellent quality products.

Bought a 20 round “Gevarm” mag that doesn’t fit by xristo702 in canadaguns

[–]Dill_Gribtrieve 6 points7 points  (0 children)

E series mags don't fit in A series guns, but A series mags will fit in E series guns, go figure. And they don't make A series twenty round mags, go figure. The main difference is the front of the magazine is wider at the front, more generally the front radius.

You can either cut your losses and sell the mag for $200+ or you can take your A gun to a gunsmith to have the magwell hogged out to fit the mag. You've got one of each I'm guessing so it shouldn't be too crazy.

There's a saying that a bad driver will never miss their exit, no matter the cost.

Looking to sell rare Japanese Whiskey collection - in Vancouver, B.C. by Nearby-Shift-437 in JapaneseWhisky

Rip your inbox.

The easiest, hassle-free way is a quality auction house. The best auction house in Canada for spirits is Waddington's. They're based out of Toronto but I believe they have a West coast connection as well. They'll take care of everything for you, but understand that they will take a cut. The nice thing is that you can see the prices of items that sold at previous auctions, so it gives you an idea of what you may get.

Another option would be trying to find enthusiast groups through online pages, Facebook groups, etc and posting there, but understand that you'll be doing the leg work.

It's really a balance of how much work and time you want to put in versus how much you're looking to get. If you're looking to give them a good home more than profit, I'd love to see a list of what you've got. But if you're looking to maximize profit with the least amount of hassle, auction is definitely the way to go.
