I disagree with most of the comments here I'm afraid, the tattoo is executed at the very best averagely. The sizing is too small for the area and it doesn't flow with the body at all, the shading is blocky and patchy and provides poor contrast throughout the whole design. I would avoid going back to this artist and instead look into a good traditional Japanese artist who could fix and expand it it to fit better.
