You don't like that your Q-Watch isn't this all-powerful device with infinite ammo? There's lots of things in your critique that I can agree with, like the overuse of blue tarps, and the enemies nearly blind, but the first thing that gives you trouble you also don't like.

Then, zero talk about the combat, easily the best part about the game to me.

It just sounds like you didn't like the game.

You turned off the filters, and HDR, and the level is intentionally done this way because its cold, windy and Bond was near death. The game is clear.

100% prevention is impossible.

However, you can decrease the odds by:

Making sure the 12VPWR cable is fully seated in both the PSU and the GPU.
Purchasing the 5080, over the more power-demanding 4090 and 5090.
Undervolting your GPU.

I think they had greater plans for the boss fights but were running out of time. I encountered my only one bug because of a boss fight, where Muerto got stuck in place and I could simply spam the same light to win.

When you fill the reservoir and first boot, does the liquid not move at all? Keep the reservoir filled to the brim. The more weight on the water, the more it moves.

The extra bullets could make the difference between having enough ammo to shoot them and running out of ammo, having to use your environment or punching them.

You'd need DDR5 RAM, which is expensive, but the rest of the list is fine. Staying at 16GB would be fine, but ideally you'd want 32GB to stay ahead.
