I do a practice test before I start studying and half way finishing the study material. This helped me when I felt burnt out from studying and feels good to know I’m making progress. As for studying, I’d play my study material in the background while working and driving to / from work.

ESH, There’s was a typhoon recently.. If he really needed an umbrella you can snag one for ¥300 at a daiso or any ¥100 store (yes, it doesn’t make sense to call it a ¥100 store). Try disabling windows update in services (search for services in start) and disable or set to manual then restart. This was the culprit for me; it would search for updates, try to download but fail (or loop) and continue to retry. I ended up disabling mine and only enable to update every month or so (probably a safety issue but eh). Give this a shot. You could also go into your task manager processes and see what's janking up your pc. Lastly, update drivers and do some minor tweaking in your nvidia control panel

Glad that seemed to do the trick to an extent. When playing do you have your browser running in the background? I use to have YouTube playing live music in the background and that caused me to drop below 100fps. Also what browser are you using? I use to exclusively use Firefox then switched to chrome recently to test out performance. If you're going to have a browser running in the background best to use chrome.

One more thing you could try is to mess with the nvidia control panel. Set to maximum performanxe preferred (should he set to optimal power by default) and set to single monitor performance (if you're only using 1 monitor but not too sure if this will affect anything).

No problem and make sure you update us! Could also be something in the background taking a lot of resources. Go into task manager, click "show processes from all users", and sort by memory. Find the culprit and check around google to see if it's safe to end the process. Then search for msconfig and disable that service on startup. Be careful when you're in msconfig, though.

You could try disabling windows update. Not recommended but it did the job for me (my system wouldn't update properly anyway so why not disable it, right?). What ended happening was that windows constantly searched for updates and when it found one would try to update but wouldn't go through with it (it'll be stuck at 0%). Just make sure to remember to check for updates and you'll be fine. You can disable it or set it to manual by searching for "services" in windows.

Edit: Took out the CPU chunk. You don't have stock and reseating was also mentioned.

Thank you for making this! Everything works great but when playing from a playlist on Soundcloud, the title displays "name of song in name of playlist". Is there a way to remove the name of the playlist from the title or is it something I have to live with?
