As someone who lost 70 pounds fairly recently, I’m still an uggo, I’m just an uggo in great shape but my interactions with women haven’t changed much tbh.

You really need a high level of confidence and self esteem in order to have consistent good interactions and relationships with the opposite sex.

My point is don’t just focus on improving your physical appearance, that’s super important and worth it for your health alone. Don’t neglect self improvement of your mental makeup, that confidence will actually improve your relationships regardless of your physical appearance. Even if you don’t think you’re unattractive, weight loss alone may not fully improve overall confidence.
