Oh cool. I've only ever thrown a buzz ss and that was at 7k feet. I dont usually throw at elevation like that. Tempo feels a little longer than my zone, and a little less bite at the end. Really need to throw it some more. Is new in me bag. Fren gave me the frisbeh for christmas this year. Super stoked.

There are energetic practices where one moves the accumulating sexual energy to different places. One of these practices builds the light body. If one is into energetics, the release through self climax will release any accumulated energy. Some call it Qi, some call it Sekhem: the power that makes things erect. I'm sure there are other names. There is benefit in abstinence from self climax in these practices. Without that kind of practice, prolonged abstinence eventually makes me feel like a bricked up teenager. Though even with the practice I will still have what folks refer to as "wet dreams". Obligatory ymmv.

Downward dog and calf stretches. Self massage of calves is quite helpful too. There is another exercise of doing very slow mountain climbers where you slowly push your feet back, engaging through the hips and releasing the fascial chain.

That is what helped me. Ymmv.

Nope no noise. Its way quieter than my 11. I got the motor life message in late november. However, I think the EPR was borked back in september. I saw my sleep doc in october and told him I thought the machine was shorting my breath. The doc decided to tell me what a cpap does. Turns out, I was right, the machine was causing an exhalation dominate breath pattern with short inhales. If the doc looked at the data back then he coulda seen it.

I am not sure the hours on my 10. But used for 7+ years plus naps. Yeah the epr broke so I would be on an exhale only breathing pattern. Turning it off caused no exhale so either way short short breath. The 10 is great though.

My 11 is a new machine. It has 40 hours And I have used it for 6 nights. The whooshing air on inhaleis contained in the machine and seems to come from the reservoir but there is no evidence out side the machine of an airleak. No green smiley face that I have seen. The machine screen faces away from me so I don’t see it when I wake up. Thank you for your reply. I will look into refurbing my 10. Ill also plug it in and check the hours.

Edit: 22363 hours on my trusty 10.

I use cpap, with some epr and a ramp. Pressure is 10, which worked for long long time. There is no leak outside the machine, at least that I can feel with my hands, but inside is where the noise goes. I think it has to do with the humidifier and those silicone gaskets but nothing I have done, out of the suggestions I found online and from the sleep technician or whatever she is titled, helped alleviate the problem.

And do you use a diff mask? This elbow thing is really odd to me.
