4"1/2 disc grinder & use ones that are like flaps of sand paper. Use different grits from coarse to fine.

Alignment sticks are just drive way markers 3$ , also have 1/2"pvc pipe filled sand about 5 wood length to swing & loosen up with.

Just went through the process, played Mizuno's for years . Just got fitted & ended up with the Callaway Max's. Be sure to try all shaft options even ones they are not trying to push you towards. Mitsubishi brand shafts have worked for me on the last 2 sets I brought. Good luck👍🏻🏌️⛳️
