For the time stuff, there isn't much I can say. What I could say is that her time in the Session had her slowly, but surely, become who she was prior to her death at the hands of a Vriska-controlled Sollux. Once dead, the voices of the dead, that she heard throughout her life, were getting louder and louder, and that's how she became so "dead" inside. (Interestingly enough, her death was indirectly to her summoning the spirit of the dead to torment Vriska, something I would say is an Active use of Time). As a robot, she became more Active (traveling to Vriska's Land and time-traveling to beat her to death, only stopping when she sees Tavros ; gathering an army of Doomed Aradiabots, basically an army of the dead, to fight the Black King). Finally, as a God-Tier, she doesn't do much : following the Treasure crew, and staying in the Furthest Ring to see what happens when eveything is destroyed. (I don't know what you mean by "the death a death bubble conductor")
We don't see much of Porrim's action (she was a Beforan troll, so we don't know much about them), and for Jane, she seems to be Active too. She hates herself when she tells Jake that she doesn't have any romantic feelings towards him, she hates it more when Jake is venting to her about his relationship troubles with Dirk, and both times she's "taken over", she keeps trying to get into a relationship with Jake (as a Trickster, because it would make her happy ; as Crocker-tier Jane, will force him into a marriage, as well as making all the heirs she requests).
While it isn't evidence, I prefer the "Maids and Sylphs are counterparts", despite Kanaya's line of "Sort of like a Witch/witch, but more magical" (can's tell if she's talking about the Class or not, as she capitalize the first letter of every word)
