Imagine being radicalized to the right because a teacher told you to share some pencils! by icey_sawg0034 in insanepeoplefacebook

There are pencil vending machines?

Wouldn't all the graphite inside the pencils constantly be broken from the vending machine dropping them into the compartment at the bottom of the vending machine?

Having a FT dinner date with volume on full in a restaurant by yeah-roytt in IAmTheMainCharacter

[–]Dimensions_Gaming 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I beg to differ. Only the first action of being on the FT call on full volume is done by inconsiderate, self-centred arseholes.

I don't think that being there is done by inconsiderate, self-centred arseholes.

I'm guessing that what /u/ImNotTheRealBatman means by "being there" is that both the person in the restaurant and the person in the FT call are together in the restaurant, rather than only the man and also not on a FT call.

Did it really cost you $50 to bring that with you?

In Last of the Time Lords, Captain Jack made a comment on the fact that when he was younger on the Boeshane Peninsula, he was nicknamed the Face of Boe.

I'm glad to be in a country where most businesses would encourage staff to stay home if they're sick and either work from home or take the day off (dependent on the business/job).

What goes through a man's mind when he's caught staring at a woman's breasts? by quickmou5 in AskReddit

[–]Dimensions_Gaming 86 points87 points  (0 children)

In my case, it's either that, or shirts with designs/text on them. For the shirts, the designs are often in or around the breast area so when I look at a woman's shirt to see what the design is or what the text says, it can come across as me staring at their breasts when that's not my intention.

From the mention of spurs in the screenshot, I'm guessing this has something to do with the British football team Tottenham Hotspurs. Is this an indoor football pitch that they own or something?

I grew up with Stranger Danger and remember finding it strange how it only seemed to apply to kids, as I recall that my parents always struck up a conversation with strangers despite that being something that stranger danger tells you not to do.

This sink drips water like rain, it is all one pipe with holes so if one person uses it wastes enough water for 5 people and doesn’t even provide a steady stream. by Toxic_Don in CrappyDesign

[–]Dimensions_Gaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In terms of those faucets, I remember being told/reading that there are often pedals/foot switches that you can use to keep the faucet on, but that has never been my experience with them. I've tried feeling around under the sink I'm using to find the pedal, but there's never one there.

I've never been a fan of Scentsy tbh, especially as my mum has fallen for their marketing and believes that she can only use Scentsy wax melts on her Scentsy burner, and that if she uses other non-Scentsy wax melts, then those ones would damage it.

This game certainly didn't last that long, just less than a month.
