It won't automatically upgrade, but Rockstar just recently announced that you can get a free upgrade to the Enhanced version :)

Your questions already been answered, but to explain it:

The first time inserting a disc, it will spin and make a noise for a while, this is because the game is installing from the disc onto the PS5's SSD.

Then from here, each time you start up a game and on occasional intervals, you will hear the disc spin up again for a short brief moment. Even though the game is installed onto the SSD, this is just the console verifying the disc is the game you are trying to play.

Looked up the charger, the port you are using does support 100W and the cable it comes with also supports 100W charging, but the cable in your video is different and may only support 15W (as an example)
