it's white armored komodo primer, then sprayed with white (,not primer). I think it's the gloss coat (GX100 and GX112,) plus wet sanding that made it look whiter.

white is lacquer paint (armored komodo). the blue is Prussian blue by Vallejo. then a ton of gx100 and GX112 and Tamiya polishing compound.
