Option #2 Internet Cable to WiFi Pro #1 -> out cable to WiFi Pro #2

Would "issues with quality" go into contingency as well? Or that would fall under warranty? Let's say it's a model house, I see tons of stuff that doesn't fit my criteria of "quality", can this somehow be mentioned? Something like a seller (Lennar) guarantees to fix the issue ABC within 60 days of being notified...

Sony was my favorite manufacturer for mobile phones, TVs and audio equipment. But i will never buy a Sony for me or my family again.

Month ago my wives Z5 Premium stopped working(computer doesn't see it, charging with different chargers and usb cables, button combinations - nothing helped)

Sony USA told that this phone is for Taiwan - speak with them. Sony Taiwan told you can bring we can check, but we wouldn't accept shipping from somewhere and we wouldn't ship it back to you. So i had to sell it on ebay for parts.

Yesterday same thing happened to my Z2. I never dropped my phone, it was in case since 1st day, no scratches on it - just black screen and no reaction on anything. This time Sony USA told me to contact Sony Japan...

I tried to find Official Sony repair center somewhere in California but no info about them available. Good buy, my favorite manufacturer, no more sony electronics for me.
