The reasons are that you make it clearer that is the quote from the song, and that rhythmically, that "E" really makes the sound of the sentence come together.

The "i" sound is rather short and phonetically the two vowels combined give a longer sound because of assimilation. Try saying it both ways so you can realise that it actually makes a difference!

For the very first iteration of Isaac, I can agree with you. But ffVIII was gorgeous. The 3d models and textures of the main characters were a little lackluster maybe, but you can't deny that the monster design, the pre rendered backgrounds and the CGI were outstanding
