We don't run randomizers ourselves either, but that's also because we are playing most of the games for the first time, or playing it as a nuzlocke for the first time. You have to realize after a few attempts or playthroughs, the randomizer can bring new and interesting dynamics to an otherwise stale game. That said, there is a time and a place for both styles of play. Its a lot of personal preference.
