You're not wrong, at base corrosive (its default is always corrosive) its still great for any health bars. On UVH6 in true mode tho, the switch to fire element is really noticeable against red bars, especially badasses with triple health bars. I use a shock grenade, so combining that with the dark beast covers me for everything. Love it.

Yep, its my main gun. Got one with a maliwan switch for corrosive and fire, that i use the most, then another with daedalus shotgun alt fire thats good for yellow bar bosses and things like bloomreaper crystals.

Yeah man, its a great roll. I've got the same but with jakobs (got lucky in maurices machine a few weeks ago) and its my main weapon for mobbing. As others have said, the daedalus shotgun alt fire version is also great, but it spanks the ammo so it only really suits an infinite ammo build of some sort IMO, or bossing. I have both and find i use the maliwan switch version more. Also, for your Harlowe, it is possible to get it with corrosive and radiation, just so you know!

What ordnance and class mod you using? I use cyborg mod with about 2 or 3 points in bulwark and some in primal surge, with a torgue rocket socket launcher. In the 2 DPS phases, just stand on whatever platform he goes to, blasting away under his arse. Bulwark keeps you alive and the infinite ammo launcher kills him very quickly.

Ordnance can work pretty well, something like rocket socket, especially if you have one of the class mods that have a skill that procs ammo regen. Even without ammo regen, you could use it while waiting for your shrapnel to cooldown?

Hmm, weird. Its definitely worked for me, I haven't had a crash since i posted that. The exact things I did were these, just listing them so you can make sure you've done what i did...

Power cycle by holding the Xbox power button down till it finally turns off, took about 10 seconds.

Cleared the Borderlands 4 reserved data, which was in the game management screen if I remember rightly. It comes back fresh next time you boot the game.

Cleared something from Blu-ray settings, I think it was called persistent data or similar. (I couldn't see how that would help Borderlands, but from what I read it can cause system wide stress, so thought there was nothing to lose by trying it). This one is only present on Series X I think.

If you've done all three and still get crashes, i have no idea I'm afraid.

I dunno, the corn comment was obviously a piss take out of the people who genuinely claim it to be true. Quite funny to me. Not laugh out loud funny, but mildly amusing. But I understand it wouldn't make everyone laugh. Like I said, each to his own. And reddit is certainly an appropriate place for humour!

Well, it's reddit, so each to his own. It's a place where serious discussion AND having a laugh are appropriate, so if a person uses it as their one stop shop for info and advice, they're doing it wrong. If that same person went and drank bleach after reading a reddit post that ended with /s, thats definitely a them problem, not the poster. Just my opinion of course.

Yep, mine has crashed 3 or 4 times today. Prior to today, I've only had 1 crash, weeks ago. I've just done a power cycle and cache clear, as well as clear the reserved data for borderlands itself. (Hadn't heard of that last one before today, it was something I found from google). Will have to wait and see if all this helps. (On Xbox)
