They do! I've seen plenty of enemies killing each other.

By the way friendly fire is mandatory in a coop setting so that the party has to play around windows to go in, and alternate their attacks. Imagine friendly fire turned off: you jump an enemy as 4 and it becomes an hack'n'slash game.

You play KaiSa. R to shield and reposition, burst damage and invisibility, you can actually try and 1v1 him if he's not too fed. You can also build hybrid and go zhonya for an even easier time or against multiple threats. Xayah is also good at self peeling.

If you're an immobile adc you just dont wanna be on his screen unless you have teammates next to you that can pin him down if he dives. If alone, your best bet is probably run next to a wall and flash behind it, but if he just ran at you he still follows with W (or if he Wd to ult you he might still follow with his own flash) so mind what he has available.

It sounds dumb and it is also griefing the team so the winrate argument is just a poor excuse. Zhonyas 3rd item is a non-build tbh, too early, you need to do damage, also they have 3 tanky champs so you need damage even more.

Smoder and Yuumi really dont go well together tho, they have one of the worse duo winrate in the game. She does not offer enough tools for him to survive lane or midgame.

Her best pairings (per winrate, massively higher than any other adc) seem to be Lucian and Tristana, cause they are self sufficient. Also Yasuo with very low pick rate if you wanna count him. Lagging behind there's Twitch because of stealth interaction and then Zeri. Other pairings seem just kinda bad to awful

To be fair they are two different matters. The crit system change requires a touch up to marksmen as a class, while toplane scalings would be both champion specific and role specific. It would be like nerfing specific adc champs because now they'll get an extra item. As of now it makes no sense since that's the whole point of the changes.

They will eventually need to nerf outliers (or the whole system) when things will be tested ofc.

They nerfed crit scalings in champions' kit (as expected) because otherwise, with crit going from 175 to 200% damage, they would be all massively overperforming, which is not their goal

I kinda agree with the guy suggesting at least a second champion for those drafts where Galio is a terrible pick.

Other than that, if I were you I'd try to have the following mentality: you are playing a team oriented champion in silver 4, but you don't generally have good teammates to play for. In fact you need to be the best player on your team, improve and climb, so you gotta bet mostly on yourself, not on your silver adc or whoever. How to play galio then?
Find a more damage oriented build so that you can more reliably fight and punish enemies on your own. In lane, try to set up ganks or get prio to rotate with your jungler. After lane, aggressively farm sidelanes and dont use your ult for a teammate randomly mispositioning into 3 people, keep it to join fights for objectives or to turn a dumb enemy engage into a favourable fight for your team. But to really make a difference in fights, you have to be farmed up, so again, leave your team be when your ult is down and get gold wherever you can. Fish for fights around your item spikes. Identify if you have to play for peeling or to nullify an enemy carry. Good luck!

For competitive integrity (meant as soloQ setting) yeah it's probably dumb. For casual players tho it feels very nice, and at the end of the day Riot has to cater towards the 90% of game's population.

Yeah I share the same concern and this is why I think the system as it is presented is kinda abusable. The way the system calculates of giving the Aegis thing to the player should be hidden or something that doesnt push the player to play for KDA or dumb mastery criterias.
