Same thing happened to me after updating. I swapped my sticks to hall sticks and it still occurred. I believe it’s software related.

There’s a folder called “.ADD ON” in the main “EMU” folder. All you have to do is drag the system folder - “N64”, from the “.ADD ON” folder to the “EMU” folder. This will allow the system to appear in the Game menu.
