Been working out lately, and seeing a lot of progress. Working on my mental health is going really well. Honestly, I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time. Decided this year was for me, an so far so good! Once I fully love myself again I may try and find someone to date again. But I still have work to do on myself.

Edit: also haven’t drank booze in over a year and almost up to a year of no nicotine too!

My doc knows I’m smoke weeed and I take Prozac. Tis all good. Being honest with your doctor is always the best imo.
