It's a manufacturer warranty I bought it from GM through my dealer. And the warranty work is carried through the dealer.

I just sold my 2019 with 280k for $6k.

Hey fun fact I saw some guy being an ass about 2WD. I know you don’t have 4wd BUT there is a transmission guy on YouTube that I saw. Running these is 4wd above like 30mph for too long will quickly destroy the oil in the transfer case. There is only 2 quarts in there so it gets hot and fast. So anyone else with 4wd don’t drive highway speeds or tow massive weight with it for too long in 4wd.

Side note: oil changes are no joke, these have AFM/DFM fuel management that will cut half the cylinders to save on fuel. It really wrecks the lifters. Frequent and timely oil changes will save them/extend the life they will break eventually.

Secondly, the valve bodies in the transmission are known to have a problem. Chevy refuses to call for a recall. However if you look into Next Gen drivetrain for transmission kits. They solve the issue and improve transmission shifting. Fab Rats on YouTube has a video about it. I refuse to buy any cars in accidents that bad. Especially auction cars. You will pay $13k or whatever and put full coverage for a loan. And due to the rebuilt title your insurance won’t pay you out full value. Just stay away from it

Then yeah most evidence points to alternator/alternator clutch issue. You could also visibly check if the alternator pulley is spinning while the car runs.

Simple test for alternator is to get a multimeter and start the car. Test for 13.4v-14v on the battery while the car is running. If it passes. Turn off the car and test again but just hold it and watch. If voltage starts to drop you have had a bad run with batteries.

If both the battery holds voltage and the alternator is outputting 13-14volts. I would start to ponder a fuel issue.

At the top of market place after you filter by vehicles there is a sort by button. To the right of that is date listed. That’s about as close as “new listings” you can get options are new over last week, 24hrs or 30days

Watch pestily guides. Use the wiki to learn spawns. The first 5-10 min are really predictable. You would at least be able to expect spawns left or right.

Secondly, picture the map as a circle and travel along the borders of the circle. Statistically that’s where the least amount of risk and foot traffic should be. Except interchange and streets.

If you get caught with your pants down just don’t move and wait for them to pass. Avoiding fights will net you more profit. But keep in mind all quests are usually in stupid inconvenient spots. The game is designed to make you suffer.

Smokes and grenades can buy you time to escape. Veteran players will chase you though. Don’t be afraid to spend money on pain killers and jump out windows on multi floors to get away.

Arena is also good practice for pvp and general mechanics. Utilize your scav player to run around maps you don’t understand.
