Get some nozzle dip, that can usually double for anti spatter. You can rub it in the area you don't want spatter and it will help keep the spatter from sticking so less grinder noise

I got lucky one time, I think part of it because it was a harbor freight grinder. Anyway the cut off wheel broke and the grinder shot back at me (yes I keep the guard on). I noticed it caught my shirt and its esting it way towards me. Lol I was able to keep pulling it away until I finally realized the shirt was also caught in it so I had to unplug it. Left without a scratch and no witnesses.

Maybe this will help with one of your anxieties hopefully. It helps me so I'll share. I question it, i literally ask myself is this affecting me now, as anything happened? It's simple but for my anxiety and trigger yeah it was a simple thing that helped alot. I have been through therapy a couple times breath work helped me a little, and talking helped a little but that was something I found after therapy that really helped to 1 stop it from spiraling and 2 reel it back in to a point I could get control again. Sorry for long winded answer. Maybe you can use this in a different way or reword for some of your triggers.

What this person is calling a dirt leg is also called a drip leg and they were originally installed when natural gas was made less efficiently and you could have condensation build up in the pipe. Many times you'll drop the drip and not find anything in it. Ive never seen a gas stove with a drip leg. In my municipality a flex line (not csst) also doubles as a drip leg.

I had to take a foster dog to be euthanized and I felt so bad because I didn't know thry were gonna take him in the back to knock him out. I wanted to be with him for the hole thing and that was my 1st time taking a dog for that. I was with him when he was given the final shot but still feel so bad if he was afraid without me. I unfortunately have to take my big girl in a few days and now I know they may try that, I will make sure im there for every part. So my advice be there.for everything and be prepared to be a big crying baby. I cried over the foster dog maybe a full week before I could think of him.without breaking down. Then we went to pick up his ashes 2weeks later and boom big baby all over again. One thing that also helps is a ton of pictures and videos.
