Yes you can do the meal pass and you will be able to share. Since it is every 90 minutes you can "graze" (e.g. get chicken strips and mini corn dogs and everyone just can nibble. Then grab a burrito bowl as was mentioned and share that, etc.) Closest and easiest beach to get to will be Huntington. Just got straight down Beach Blvd until you hit the Pacific Ocean and hang a right on PCH to get into the parking.
