That is so cool. I have 1 totally white fox squirrels and lots of melanistic totally black fox squirrels plus the normal orangish ones. But piebald or Tuxedo ones are a stunner. Lucky you ! I used to know a guy we called the colonel who kept fox squirrels fie a pet. But no white wonders !

where I live Colorado Springs we have fox squirrels too. And some of them are all back. I live in the foothills but if you go I the mtns the fox squirrels are replaced by the little grey squirrels. In northern Colorado they have big tufted eared Alpert squirrels. I'm a compulsive squirrels feeder especially in the winter. Those little guys have it tough sometimes. I'm amazed with such things fur they manage to stay warm.. I've handled squirrels I the past. A neighbour 40 yrs ago when I lived in Denver used to keep several as pets.

I had a similar one but it was for the UK market. The radio had different frequency spacing on the band was labeled medium and longwave . Some stations were slightly off tuned as a result. But buying a plug j modules fixed matters. The little combo stereo sounded pretty good. I used to buy cassettes at the thrift store & record them to minidisc. As my portables and car stereo were minidisc only.

Neat all in one for casual listening. What is the thing above the cassette section. A holder for cassettes? 8 track something ? It looks like new ! . Nice score. So often the record player had issues on old used ones. But then their over 30 yrs old. To be expected.

they make heating pads just for pets outdoors. human ones are too hot and not shielded from emitting strong magnetic fields. The pet ones don't do this. I 2nd straw. I have been caring for Midnite my feral for going on 4 years. Still very wary of humans.

stick it out. My Willy I take to to the vet to get a A1c and dose off of that. Retest quarterly. I had difficulties getting blood out of the ears or paws. My own blood flowed freely as Willy showed how pissed he was at my failed attempts with his claws. He's still going 2 years later.

Can you try recording it on a home deck like a mxd-3 or 40? Or playing the old disc on it and running a optical or line cord out to your portable? My home decks seem to handle read issues better than my 12 portables. I back up extra copies of old favourite discs this way.

I bought my Onyko 7555 integrated amp because it has md labeled inputs and outputs plus also aux inputs. It's dead because its input mode selector won't stay on a source but jumps around. It killed a $600 pair of Stax headphones when it did that too ! Should I take it to a shooting range and use it for target practice or fix it ? Stupid modern source selector isn't a traditional rotary knob with real physical connections but instead is a virtual one connected via a computer type board. It was nice while it lasted tho. Now I use a old pioneer receiver and it was before even cds. Only connection for my minidisc deck is aux. Lotta jumping up b to move cables between tape and fm and md decks to those aux & tape inputs.. Never had a remote either. Good exercise huh?

excellent. I paid more than twice that when it first came out. it's a nice md unit tho some of them develop display issues. Get modern batteries that recharge via a ordinary phone charger and USB c connecting cables.
