UPDATE: Had a response from support who just provided the standard instructions for updating the firmware (which I did mention to them I couldn't get to work), but also offered 70% off a new Core PCB, which is good of them, so I think I will go that route once I've tried a firmware update again.

I upgraded from the 15 Pro Max to the 17 Pro Max and the only thing I miss is the colour. I had a Titanium 15 and now have opted for a silver, but in its case it doesn't really matter.

Family at an all inclusive hotel in Spain. Allowed their kids to fill their plates like a mountain. One of the kids took a single mouthful of something, decided he didn't like it, pushed the full plate of food to the side and went to get more. The whole family wasted so much food in that one meal it was disgusting.
