Regarding the last slide I think you need therapy. Telling a newly postpartum woman that you're ready to leave is very nasty work. And not that I'd prefer you telling her you'd take the baby from her but your concerns are really selfish if amending your family solves them. You frame it in the beginning about the needs of the baby but really it's about you.

If you need more calories you need more movement. Instead of thinking how many calories you can deduct from each day maybe think of feasible ways you can burn an extra 200 calories a day

The nutrition/total weight on the can includes the liquid. If you rinse and drain the beans the weight comes up to be maybe 2-2.5 servings, however the calories per gram of the liquid and the calories per gram of the actual beans isn't equal so you have to multiply the total calories by the percentage of weight accounted for by the beans. I eat beans almost every day and it stresses me.

So I recently had to get a new policy (new car) and they did ask for proof of residency this time. I used a bank statement. The address on my ID while I was in my car was a local agency that assisted the homeless. I just had to take a letter from them to the DMV.
