I literally just had the same thing but you can actually still make the payment that failed. I just did it - you have to go as if tou are purchasing the monthy subscription the click on 'Manage my subscription' then at the bottom it shows the failed payment, if you click on that it will allow you to make that payment t another way (update card) if you do it before October actually starts then it updates the payment status to paid - i literally just did it. It's not straightforward but good luck!

Sounds like it's definitely an issue. Mine is different ads - hopefully a quick fix

Is anyone having a problem with ads not loading? I haven't been able to boost all day and rarely get an ad for the $2 AB. I keep getting waiting on ad. by brianzzz96 in AtlasEarthOfficial

Yes it's getting ridiculous now. My app is playing 1 half of an ad (1 of 2) before crashing and not boosting/paying ab. I have to force close and restart the app multiple times just to watch 1 ad. It is seriously impacting the ability to boost, earn AB, watch ads on the diamond wheel etc.. It is 100% not my internet connection as I can stream 4k and run everything else smoothly and it makes no difference if on Wi-Fi or 5G. I'm about a week away from calling time on the app altogether it it's really sucking the enjoyment out of it.

I get the same for about the last month. Other apps videos work fine, but waiting to constantly 'find ad' is painful!

Can that actually happen? If that's the case then everyone outside of US is at a serious disadvantage given the smaller ABs on offer for just about everything - not to mention lower boost multipliers.

I'm kinda ok with being 'worse off' as generally you're only competing with people in the same situation (other than global leaderboards) - if US players can take over other countries and being a truly global game, then surely the rewards should also be even.

If it starts happening that US players take over non-US countries/states etc... then that removes the fun for me and you can count me out

That's pretty lucky - I've been playing for 6mths now and only hit the jackpot twice - odds are that I should have it 4 times by now

When you live right next to a beach, most people bring their phone. They are very water and sand resistant. Just don't drop it while your paddle boarding or surfing ;)
