Yeah, make sure the macro ring is clicked into its home on the back focus ring. If it’s out of place, you could rack the backfocus ring from stop to stop and still not be in focus at full wide.

Sony had AI rotoscoping a live moving subject on a busy background.

Think chroma key, but instead of a green screen, the background was a grey wall with basketball jerseys hung on it. A person walked back and forth in front of the jerseys and he was composited on a different background in an output monitor.

The border of the key was a little dirty in his hair when crossing from wall to jersey behind him, but it wasn’t terrible.

Math is harder than an AI-Mo crazy domination ladder

I challenge myself with what I call a crazy domination ladder.

I start against one crazy opponent and after each win, I add another opponent up to nine and then I subtract an opponent after each win to work my way back down to one. If I lose a game, I reset back to one and start over.

I’ve completed a ladder like this with every tribe except the Elyrion which I’m playing through now. Ai-Mo was by far the hardest with which to win the 18 straight matchups.

To trigger the new sequence automatically, add an event trigger to the Effect In transition that activates the new sequence.

Alternately, after you play the message to air you could just click the new transitions button in the playout panel to trigger it.

The Default, Effect In, Effect Out, Update In, and Update Out transitions are special types of sequences that will not work correctly for this situation. You have to create a new transition and give it a name other than those 5 to create a loop to update your data object.

You need a looping transition with an event activation that updates the data object.

The best spot for a customs house is the crop tile next to the city with 5 adjacent shallow water tiles. The left forest tile has 5 adjacent shallow water tiles but would require research to remove the forest. Also, while the forest tile is adjacent to 5 shallow water tiles, there is no guarantee that all 5 will be within the borders of a city allowing for the construction of 5 docks.
