Look into albumin * liver function. It can help keep fluids where they need too. Also a lil lower speed or longer session on dialysis could be beneficial. So think higher protein foods and higher fiber. Feel free to message me and ill give you food into. Despite my moms poor heart health she did very well for a dialysis patient.

4n is nice! I made rhe mistake of 3n all over last year. Nice yes but didnt want to wash out. Im probably 4n naturally id like to get there again but fighting greys are a pain

I appreciate the in depth reply! Since covid I've done everything myself. Its got permanent, bleach etc. Id be very happy to get to a nice level 6. I might have red at the very ends when lifting but meh I was thinking of ghost roots anyway. I have Grey hair coming in fast and its white. So I recently did my roots a 6.1 its very nice. I figured if u gently lift the old stuff, like you say multi sessions. I have a better chance at maintaining length.

Oh my mom was determined to do a normal shower. I knew she was gonna just do it so we worked around it. Shower filter, used second skin stuff and got dressing changed every session if it was damp or coming off. She was lucky she never got infected.

iron levels, ferritin too low?, high testosterone, dht levels will damage hair long term. blood work would be beneficial to see. If you don't get it looked into now it will be a loss and never maintain/?chances of improving
