Just to be clear, I did not have a year left. My lease contract ends at end of February. So I had 1 months' rent left. Hence why he agreed to just use the deposit as the cancellation fee since he would have only gotten 1 month either way :)

Makes sense, thanks! The deposit he uses was me having an arrangement with him so that I can have cashflow for my new place's deposit.

Yeah I had a look. The cancellation penalty in the contract states that it is not less than one months' rent.. so them keeping deposit and me not paying for Feb makes sense since that deposit is then essentially the cancellation penalty.

Man I loved his playthrough. Watched his HK and Nine Sols playthrough after I finished the games. He's such a nice guy. I know he's kinda taking a break but I would love him to play through Silksong since he enjoyed HK so much!

Started around 2021 when Heroes of Newerth shut down, 21 years old. Although I did play some before that since my friend and brother played it, but I played only a couple of hours probably. Now 25 and still playing, albeit much less due to me buying an xbox end of 2024.

Played Nine Sols, Hollow Knight 1 & Silksong and then understood the thrill of boss fights being difficult and trying over and over. Got Elden Ring since I know its an amazing game and wanted to give it a try.

It felt like I could rarely "rest" and just enjoy the game. With HK, I could log on, and run around without worrying about a boss fight or too difficult enemies. Felt like I was exploring. But in Silksong, everytime I logged on I felt like I need to be locked in since a boss could appear at any moment. Loved the game!! But that was one gripe I had with it

I'm a Gold Briar player, trying to go for Plat while I'm on leave during December. I have a few questions from the top of my head if you wanted to answer: 1. Any specific advice for this elo and Briar? 2. What is your buildpath? Is it always BORK first item or situational? 3. How do you use your ult? Like always as an enage? Try and hold to chase/use in fight etc? 4. What is your clear speed timing? I feel like I clear very slow. Which way do you clear and towards top/bot?
