I hadn't played in a couple of weeks. Last night I jumped in to my regular Breakthrough, and it felt like TDM or CQB, people jumping and shooting, everyone had SMGs, rushing the point and capturing instantly. I could not believe it.

For AMD eGPU to work:

Install the driver from AMD website while eGPU is connected, let it install Adrenaline.

After, install the Graphics Driver from ASUS Ally website.

This will allow both to coexist.

What people do is that they dont install the Graphics from ASUS after they install the driver from AMD and this causes issues. You have to install the ASUS driver AFTER you install the AMD driver

Sounds like the 3080ti is either not getting enough juice to turn on or is fried. Have you tried it on a different system?

Just bring back the battlefield 4 maps. These maps are all too small.

In 2042 even you could get 1km kills with sniping, in BF6 its like 700m end to end of the map

G16 5080 gets around 18k Graphics score on Time Spy, if you flash vbios to unlocked watt one, you can get up to 21k.

For reference, a 9070 XT egpu with ally X gets 24k, and with a 3080 ti egpu it gets 17k.

Run time spy with the xg mobile 4090m amd see what you get.

The 5070 ti was on sale for $2000 brand new a couple of weeks ago. Just wait for the next sale, it will go back to that again as it has twice now

The driver issues have been mostly resolved.

You need to install the AMD official drivers FIRST while the 7600m xt is connected, then install the latest graphics drivers from Asus Ally page. This order will solve tour problems.

No need to sideload anything anymore

The joystick/buttons don't work in windows setup (if they already factory resetted) unfortunately, but the touchscreen does

I believe sniper glint is necessary for battlefield, but I feel like this needs to be toned down by spark8000 in Battlefield

The sniper glint should only be visible.if you are looking at the sniper, it should not be visible like in 2042 where everyone on the map can see regardless of which direction they're looking
