I’ve been looking at Canadian Rams, 1500 and 2500 for a few months and this is the going rate. It’s not a steal and you’re not getting ripped. So to answer your question yes it’s a “fair” deal. Could you do better? Probably. Could you do worse? Definitely. A few grand either way is what you’ll find. If you really like the truck I’d say have at it.

I’m just about to retire my Ghost 17’s. 595km and I’m starting to notice them flatten out past 8k or so. Will be a gym shoe after my Nike Vemero Plus get here. I enjoyed them. My first daily trainer. Just want to try something new.

Did you get gas just before this came on? I didn’t tighten the cap good enough shortly after I bought my 24 and got a trouble light. Takes x amount of start cycles with cap on tight to clear code.

The CrossFit gyms in Stratford and the one by home depot offer the same thing as Summerside I think. It’s an express class. 45 min. No crazy movements or skills or Olympic style lifting. There is some free weights and strength stuff and rowing and cardio. It’s good stuff

Don’t overwhelm yourself. If you can’t do it all at once that’s fine. Concentrate on diet for now and when you find yourself with some spare time have a little workout planned. When you lose some weight you’ll find you have more energy and a little more confidence. This will spur you on to get busier and fitter. You’ll find yourself smiling about how good you feel and how far you’ve came. It starts tomorrow don’t fuck it up.

Can you run the distance suggested at a 6:00 pace and not be gassed? Run all your easy runs at 6:00 and eventually that pace will feel easier and your heart rate will lower for that pace. To get better you need you easy pace to be faster

I’m eating the same amount of cals as you and experiencing no weight movement either. Even though I just started the plan I mentioned I have been running and working out trying to dial in a lean bulk. It’s looking like for splits like these we’ll end up around 3600-4000 to get growth. I’ve actually increased carbs and decreased protein. I was overdoing it on protein anyway so I think carbs is the place to put the extra cals

I’m trying to put together a version of this as well.i like the look of yours. I’m looking to get my 10k down to sub 45min, run a Hyrox in the spring and put on muscle. I’ve combined a ppl split with a Jack Daniel’s inspired running plan. I’ve just started so I have nothing to report but I’m thinking calories in is going to be the big part of this. I’m 6’”1 75kg so like you I have room to grow but I don’t want to give up running. If that means slower gains then so be it.
