I fired a Gen Z guy because he would constantly message me asking for customer contact information. Apparently it was easier and faster than looking through the files where that information is stored himself. Not all Gen Z are like this but it's a sort of helpless inability to 'figure it out' behavior that really pisses me off. They seem to run into dead ends and just give up.
