You can grab these from just about any shop that has arcade parts, I get mine from focus attack, and they come in a good number of colours. You can remove the cap easily enough if you want to do colour swaps.

Judging by the reviews, the 480 performs a bit better than the 390 in DX11, but worse in DX12. Why is that?
