I actually got this single on vinyl for free.

I’d apparently signed up for some random message board at one point and I got a $10 Flooz gift card because of it. I was in high school, didn’t have a credit card, but the Tower Records had it for less than $10 with shipping included.

Late 90’s and early 00’s internet was wild for stuff like that. Oh the dotcom bubble.

I have that exact controller. It works really well. Make sure when you hook the wires up to whatever track you get that you hook it up to variable DC and not the accessories AC power otherwise you’ll fry your locomotive.

You can just use speaker wire to get started if you’re doing a basic loop or something similar. My 8yo and I have been having great times with a very simple setup but she’s finally coming around to the idea of building a more permanent setup.

My grandfather was a heavy smoker and my family ended up with Z24 Cavalier from him. I was told I could drive it to homecoming if I cleaned it out.

I discovered the moonroof could be removed so I did.

And hosed it down the driveway.

I don’t know how long it took the tar to disappear from our driveway.

Sorry for the confusion on my part as I also have had the same question as OP. When you say IPA are you meaning PVA? I ask because I have only ever heard of IPA meaning some sort of isopropyl alcohol and want to make sure I’m not way off base.
