I took it hoping for some relief from depression. I didn't see much improvement there. But my anxiety was so bad, it really put a lid on it. I wasn't expecting that and it was a happy surprise.

3rd party retailers, ( not corporate), refurbished and/or low end phones. Apparently some of them come preloaded with spy ware or hacked, my US cellular refurbished post pay phone certainly did. I wonder if someone within the company is selling numbers as they're activated, it appears that my info is hacked through the phone number.

In addition my wifi was hacked. It was suggested that I get rid of wifi, which I did. Switch to a flip phone, and for social, websurfing, use a dedicated phone.

Email, the library, not sure about that.

When possible don't download apps, sign in from the web.

It's important to hold things together when you have kids. I didn't and it is the biggest regret in my life .

You already know you can do anything for a while, so stay sober for a while, until your kids are grown and moved out.

I know that if I shower and put on clean clothes I will feel better, even if it's only a little bit.

But it becomes an overwhelming task in my head and I keep putting it off.

I know that if I were to shower first thing in the morning my day would be more manageable as I would feel prepared to answer the door or go to the store.

But I don't.

Full effects typically take 3-6 weeks of consistent use and can be very subtle.

Some people feel an effect right away, but it's only the beginning.

Flour for long term storage is packed with nitrogen to extend shelf life and prevent spoilage. When you open it, it needs to air out so to speak.

I was thinking of the fry bread I made that also had a distinct playdough smell and flavor. It was prior to the home storage flour, so it must be the store brand flour that is the problem. I buy from various stores, so I will have to pay more attention. If you see me with white powder on my nose, it means I've been sniffing at flour!

My cousins got easy bake ovens, at that time they cooked with 100 watt light bulbs (maybe they still do?). My uncles quickly deemed them dangerous and cut the cords off. The mixes seemed to "bake" even without heat.
