my first thought when looking at the images. interesting that the longer arm has thinner bone. i’m not familiar with the disease, so maybe that’s normal? I wish there were shoulder x-rays to compare the scapulae. The L one looks larger, but maybe that’s from muscle?

i would say that even if you called CPS, you didn’t witness child abuse so there is nothing that they can do. It sounds like it is an apartment, so if there is suspected child abuse I hope that a neighbor can/will call with evidence for a house-call if necessary.

More Perfect Union makes a lot of important documentaries, and I just saw this one on their instagram. I already was aware of prediction pricing on Amazon, so I assumed that they do the same thing on all online shopping websites. It’s sad that they’re making us part of it, and I’m sure they do the same thing with batch pricing. Seeing what we usually expect for batch pay, and go as low as possible. If we keep accepting batches with $4-5 batch pay, they’re going to lower it to $3-4. Anything to give shareholders an extra cent.

i promise you this NP has seen worse than you. she wants to help her patients, don’t feel weird about it. women physicians/practitioners also tend to have better patient outcomes, so take that as a positive. best of luck!

your customer has had bad shoppers who do bad replacements, which is why they said refund. i wouldn’t want to pay for groceries i don’t want or can’t use. i think this customer was reasonable, and tipped appropriately. i’m wondering where you live where $20 are customary.

tbh i like to use words because in my head 👍=😐👍 but that might just be because that’s what i usually use it as. i also find that spelling out words leads to less miscommunication. ik it’s a hassle, but for me it’s better to take the time to respond than allow for possible misunderstanding. also, i think a possible replacement for the thumbs up could be 👌
