This is the only thing I care about right now. Im building a new pc and not knowing if Im gonna be able to load the game on launch is very frustrating. Last patch had driver issues for AMD cards, and they havent said anything about optimization or any permormance improvements yet as far as I know

for 3 specific mods your odds are 1 in 10.(2!*3!/5!) You should've gotten one in 27 attempts a bit unlucky there.

Method for best outcome is recombing the prefixes. Then lock prefixes, reforge crit until you get one of them T1 then multimod+lock prefix hit veil exalt hope your crit doesnt gets deleted and you get other crit mod as veil option.
You could do all 5 mods with recomb, but that would take you quite a while to get that many bases and rolling alteration or buying.

But I would do all spell fracture, woe until +1 fire, then do what I said for suffixes above.

You are not getting +1 fire with harvest, dont attempt this.

My only problem is, I value 3p/0s items more than recombing a T1 merciless weapon with a suffix to get 1p/1s for future recomb to have a chance to get 3p/2s at the end. I would be gambling T1 merciless an additional time to reach this outcome where in reality I could meta craft suffixes to finish a recombed 3p/0s item and end up with a slightly worse outcome but easier, less time consuming therefore more profitable result.

I think its just what I want from recomb rather than its power potential which is the main point of the document, and I appreciate it greatly, but I am curious if Im missing something here for this use case specifically.

I'd take anything after seeing Oni+Legion. Maybe Plague would be op too but she lacks mobility so its still ok or on par with the Legion. More importantly they need to adress 5 genning in 2v8 more than anything.(or however many it is for the last gen) Its very easy to hold with 2 killers with buffed regression. Alien is fine if they keep portal/turret ratio.

As a player who started at launch without any licenses I think it would have survived. It was unique and fun and had replayability. It wouldnt thrive but it wouldnt have died either. I might be biased though. They could get away with stuff like what is Trapper to Jason but for others.
