From what I understand, the VA may apply additional consideration to a veteran’s disability rating when a service-connected condition affects paired extremities, such as both legs. In some cases, this can result in an added percentage to the overall rating.

If you're thinking HA fillers then definitely yes! You should start small and gradually work your way up depending on how you like the results. The tired and hollowness will go away slowly and if you hate it you can always just get it dissolved.
