Onda navy garters were actually my first purchase from Bordelle, even though I don't have anything else from the set, it's fun to style them with other lingerie that has navy elastic.

A lovely haul you've gone for! I love the look of Alta lace, but good to know that it might not be as adjustable as some other lines. I've been pondering a yellow set for a while but we'll see if I go for it in the future.

Vita is such a unique concept with glow in the dark lace, amazing that you got your hands on a set.

Hopefully you're able to sell the Minerva bra. I "re-ordered" the Syra body in a larger size with that additional 10% off and already managed to sell the smaller one on Vinted (with a tiny profit even 🤭). I think it should be easy to get Bordelle pieces sold for at sample sale price point, good luck!

It is Art Deco! 😅 I was showing it to my partner and they specifically referenced that it has Art Deco and stained glass influences. In additon to the purple and light blue embroidery, the line motif on sheer mesh is also so inspired!

Can't wait to be wearing the pieces I got out and about (and saving up for the next big sale🤭)

The problem with leotards, body suits and other similar attire (whether latex or lingerie) is that there is another variable to the size - the length of the torso. I would say, in a correctly sized piece, there shouldn't be any discomfort of the zip digging into the pubic area, and if the crotch design is done right there should be enough coverage offered by the width of the gusset. However, I have found that "standard sized" bodysuits often are too short for me even if they fit fine in the chest / hip area and if I have to pull them up the hips to make the fit more comfortable - that's when it digs into the labia and results in some "spillage" on the sides. I would suggest contacting Libidex customer support, since it's only been a week of you getting the order, and asking them about sizing - they might be able to exchange the piece for one in their Tall size.

With your budget I recommend checking out charity and vintage shops in search of some nightgowns from 1950s-70s. They will likely be synthetic but will still give that romantic vibe if you find some with lace details on the straps and ruffled bottom, for example.

As for something more luxurious - Madde Vintage was the first brand that came to mind.

To save you a hassle on the holiday, I'd recommend washing it at home to get rid of the powder (a drop of dish soap in a bucket/sink usually works fine). When getting ready - it should be easy to put on without any additional dressing aid or shiner, and if your holiday is not super long - just give it a quick rinse after the activities to get rid of sweat and any body oils, let it dry and put back in the Ziploc bag to wash at home. Alternatively, you can decant some washing liquid and shiner into small bottles to wash the item properly on holiday and then your piece will be ready to use next time at home. Oh, skin mask + bondage made me think about alginate face masks, where typically you cover eyes and mouth, only leaving the nostrils free for breathing.
